Wagyu cattle prices vary by category: Wagyu calf from €3,000, Wagyu heifer from €5,000, Wagyu cow (pregnant) from €8,000, breeding bull €3,500-8,000 depending on genetics. All animals are 100% Fullblood, registered, and genetic defect free.
Do you export Wagyu cattle to other EU countries?
Yes, Wagyuhof Genetics exports throughout the European Union. We handle all export documentation including EU health certificates, passports, and can arrange professional livestock transport. Contact us for specific requirements for your country.
Are your Wagyu cattle genetic defect free?
Yes, all our Wagyu cattle are tested and free from known genetic defects: CL16 (Claudin 16), B3 (Band 3), CHS, F11 (Factor XI), and IARS. DNA verification documents are provided with every animal.
What documentation comes with the cattle?
All Wagyu cattle include: Herdbook registration (Section A), complete pedigree documentation, DNA verification, genetic defect test results, EU passport, and health certificates. For international buyers, we provide all required export documentation.
What's the difference between a Wagyu cow and heifer?
A Wagyu cow has already calved and can be sold pregnant (from €8,000). A Wagyu heifer is a young female that hasn't calved yet (from €5,000) and is ready for her first pregnancy. Both are excellent options for building your breeding program.
Can I visit your farm before buying?
Yes, farm visits are welcome! You can view our Wagyu cattle at our farm in Lower Austria before purchasing. Please contact us via email to arrange an appointment – we'll be happy to show you our herd.
How is transport arranged?
We work with professional livestock transport companies experienced in international cattle transport. We can arrange door-to-door delivery throughout the EU. Transport costs depend on destination and number of animals.
